Are you a soccer player? We of the Women’s Football Management team take care of your career also from the point of view of its visibility by following an articulated and personalized process. We have professionalism and know-how dedicated to the development of the image of football players. We turn to Italian and foreign footballers who play in national and international leagues with particular interest in younger athletes and with high development potential.

Our intervention process is divided into five phases:

  • BRAND AUDIT OF THE ATHLETE

    We evaluate the identity traits of the athlete, form a coordinated image and project a reputation.

  • BRAND PERSONAL STRATEGY

    In agreement with the athlete, we define a brand strategy aimed at maximizing media exposure and concretizing the desired image.

  • PERSONAL BRANDING ACTIVITIES

    We create – in agreement with the athlete – communication and image activities and define – always in agreement with the athlete – commercial exploitation activities.

  • SOCIAL CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

    We manage the athlete’s social networks, from the production of content to the development of the editorial calendar.

  • SEARCH FOR CONTRACTS AND IMAGE MONETIZATION

    We deal with the search for companies and commercial bodies interested in employing athletes as testimonials, ambassadors, or as guests of events.

MANAGEMENT

We also manage representative mandates with our team to negotiate contracts for individual countries, areas or specific teams. We also take care of entering into partnership agreements with foreign attorney agencies, we offer intermediation between foreign athletes and Italian clubs and we provide affiliation services between football schools and Italian and foreign clubs. Our team is able to manage contacts in English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese.

    We count on a network of collaborators in countries that play a proxy role abroad on behalf of professional and amateur clubs in various capacities.

  • INTERMEDIATION BETWEEN ATHLETES AND SOCCER SOCIETY

    We count on a network of internal and external collaborators to manage brokerage and negotiation phases between foreign athletes and Italian women’s football clubs.

  • SOCCER SCHOOL AFFILIATION SERVICE AND CLUB

    We count on a network of internal and external collaborators to create more or less formalized affiliations between football schools and clubs to encourage the migration of promising athletes.
